Shipping & Delivery

Tinho Magnetic ships custom magnets and magnetic assemblies worldwide, with products exported to 30+ countries and regions. This page outlines our typical lead times, shipping methods, packaging and trade terms. Exact details are confirmed in each quotation and order confirmation.

Lead times

• Samples / prototypes: typically 3–10 working days, depending on grade, tooling and coating.
• Mass production: typically 15–30 working days after sample approval and deposit, subject to order quantity and process.

Lead times are confirmed per order. If your project has a fixed deadline, tell us up front and we will plan capacity accordingly.

Shipping methods

• Express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS / TNT) for samples and small batches — door to door.
• Air freight for time-sensitive bulk orders.
• Sea freight (FCL / LCL) for large or cost-sensitive orders.

Packaging & safe transport of magnets

Strong magnets require special handling. We use magnetic shielding and compliant packaging so shipments meet IATA and carrier requirements for air transport, and we add moisture protection and shockproof cartons or wooden crates for export. Custom packaging and labelling are available on request.

Trade terms (Incoterms)

We commonly quote EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR and DAP. Choose the term that fits your logistics; we will advise the most cost-effective option for your destination.

Payment terms

Typical terms are T/T with a deposit before production and the balance before shipment; other arrangements can be discussed for established customers. Payment details are stated on each proforma invoice.

Customs & documentation

We provide standard export documents — commercial invoice, packing list, and certificates (e.g. Certificate of Origin, RoHS / REACH, material reports) as required for your country. Import duties and taxes at the destination are the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
