Quality Guarantee & Returns
At Tinho Magnetic (Dongguan Tinho Magnetic Electric Co., Ltd.), every order is manufactured under our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality systems and inspected before shipment. Because we supply custom, made-to-order magnets and magnetic assemblies, this policy explains how we stand behind our products and how to raise a return or quality claim.
Our quality commitment
- Each shipment is produced to the specifications, grade, coating and drawings agreed in your order confirmation.
- Finished goods pass dimensional, magnetic (flux/pull), coating and salt-spray checks. A Certificate of Conformance / inspection report is available on request.
- Our magnets are produced to meet RoHS and REACH requirements.
What is covered
We accept returns or claims for products that are:
- Defective in material or workmanship; or
- Non-conforming — not matching the dimensions, grade, coating or magnetization in your confirmed order or approved drawing; or
- Damaged in transit, when reported on receipt with supporting photos.
Reporting window
Please inspect goods on arrival and notify us within 14 days of receipt with your order/PO number, photos and the quantity affected. For latent defects not visible on inspection, contact us as soon as the issue is found.
Remedies
For confirmed defective or non-conforming goods, at your option we will replace the goods, rework them, or issue a refund or credit for the affected quantity. Return freight for confirmed defects is at our cost; we issue an RMA number and shipping instructions before any goods are returned.
What is not covered
- Custom / made-to-order goods produced correctly to your approved specification (change-of-mind).
- Variation within agreed industry tolerances.
- Damage, demagnetization, corrosion or breakage caused by improper handling, storage, machining, over-temperature use or installation after delivery.
- Goods altered or further processed by a third party after shipment.
How to start a return or claim
- Email sales@tinhomagnet.com with your order/PO number, a description of the issue, and photos (plus samples if requested).
- Our engineering team reviews within 2 business days and, if approved, issues an RMA number and return instructions.
- Once goods / samples are received and verified, we arrange replacement, rework, or refund / credit as agreed.
Samples
Samples are provided for evaluation and qualification. Any spec mismatch found during sampling is resolved under this policy before mass production.
